Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 2.5-3 hours on the date and time you have secured.  The deadline for ALL guest to register is 3 days prior to your event. Minimum for kids & teens parties is 10 registered attendees or 10 paid projects. 


If you cancel for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers, unless your are paying for all attendees.  


If you cancel for ANY reason your deposit or payment will be forfeited, if a deposit was given. You may reschedule the party if needed on a date/time that we have available.

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this.  If you are wanting a custom design for you event, a $25 design fee will apply. Custom designs are those that we do not offer; for example: if you send us a picture of a design for us to recreate, it is considered custom and additional charge applies, no exceptions. We do NOT design until fee is paid for, and we will send you a mock & allow up to two revisions. 

Once Your deposit or payment is submitted, we will post your event to our website within 24-48 hours. You will share your link so guests can choose their projects, if each guest is paying individually. 

We offer a discount package for children & teens only.   If the coordinator is paying for all projects. A minimum fee for the entire party will apply for packages that will cover at least 10 guests minimum. (Deposit is not required if choosing a party package) & if parent is paying for the entire party.

CHILDREN'S PARTY: ages 5-12:  All projects for this age group measure 10x10 square wood board.  Flat fee rate for: $175 + tax covers 10 projects.  Studio time: 1.5 to 2 hours for cake, gifts and projects to be completed.    *Additional projects over 10: $15. each. We will offer two designs, one for boys, and one for girls that you get to choose from.

CHILDREN'S PARTY: ages 5-12:  Single wood planks 6x20" projects. These are designed with each child's name with the option to add a design such as: baseball, soccer ball, butterfly, turtle, emoji, eyelashes, lipstick, stars, hearts, etc. etc. Flat Fee for: $200 + tax covers 10 projects.  Studio time: 1.5 to 3 hours for cake, gifts and projects to be completed.  *Additional projects over 10: $17.50 each. 

CHILDREN'S PARTY: ages 5-12:  Our top selling project:  12" Wood Round projects. These are offered for both boys and girls. Design for 12" wood project will be child's initial, and name.  Flat fee of $250.00 + tax covers 10 projects; additional rounds, $22 each. 

 

PACKAGE A - TEEN PARTIES: ages 13-19:  All projects for this age group are on 15" Round wood.  Flat fee rate: $400 and covers 10 projects. Studio time for cake, gifts and projects to be completed 3 hours.  Please make sure all kids arrive at the scheduled time for your party. $20 an hour will be due for every 1/2 hour that party is extended due to late arrivals (NO EXCEPTIONS).  *Additional projects over 10: $35. each

 

PACKAGE B - TEEN PARTIES: ages 13-19:  All projects for this age group are on 12X12 squares or single planks 6x32. Flat fee rate: $350 and covers 10 projects. Studio time for cake, gifts and projects to be completed 3 hours.  Please make sure all kids arrive at the scheduled time for your party. $20 an hour will be due for every 1/2 hour that party is extended due to late arrivals (NO EXCEPTIONS).  *Additional projects over 10: $30 each

 

***PARTY PACKAGES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID UPFRONT & IN TOTAL & THEY DO NOT REQUIRE A DOWN PAYMENT TO HOLD THE DATE. ONCE PROJECTS, DATE & TIME HAVE BEEN DETERMINED, WE WILL INVOICE YOU VIA PAYPAL & INVOICE IS DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS, WE MAY GRANT YOUR TIME & DATE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER.  ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED WE WILL BLOCK DATE AND TIME ON OUR WEBSITE.   

**IF YOUR GUESTS ARE PAYING FOR THEIR OWN PROJECTS, A $50 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED BEFORE YOUR EVENT GOES "LIVE" ON OUR WEBSITE. 

 

*BY SUBMITTING DOWN PAYMENT, OR BOOKING AN EVENT AT HAMMER & STAIN, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS LISTED ABOVE THAT APPLY TO YOUR PARTY PACKAGE.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@hammerandstain.com. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
