Join us for a relaxing afternoon at Hammer & Stain - Gautier for a DIY workshop to make one of our Mini  & Large Home Shutters with Cotton Wreath or without!  Also available 4 Ft. Welcome Boards!


***If you prefer not to have a cotton wreath for your project, and prefer the letter "o" instead, just enter: without cotton wreath in the personalization box. 

****If you wish to substitute our "ocean theme" shutter with another design, just enter the design you wish such as: turtle, lighthouse, anchor, shell, pineapple, fleur d'lis, music notes, etc. 

Customize your project in studio with your choice of stain & paint colors. 

 BYO beverages and snacks! We are BYOB so wine, beer and non alcoholic beverages are permitted!   All visitors are required to register for a project and your name must appear on our guests/attendee list.  



1. Choose your project design from the dropdown menu.

2. On the personalization form, enter the personalized data needed in order to prepare your stencil: Last Name, & Est. year if applicable.  Enter: NA if personalization does not apply.                                                                            

3. Proceed with checkout.


Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future wood workshops.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us at hammerandstain.gulfcoast@gmail.com  to cancel. 
***If you "no show" for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, & do not contact us within 48-24 hours that you won't be able to attend you forfeit your payment.

*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $20 will apply.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@hammerandstain.com. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
