Registrations for this NEW table top trio trees workshop will close by October 24th at 6:00pm! 

***IMPORTANT: The cutoff date to book a ceramic tree is OCTOBER 16. This deadline can not be extended. Sorry.  **REGISTRATIONS ARE CLOSED FOR CERAMIC TREES.


Choose from the drop down menu the trio of tree designs you wish to create!  Stain and colors are chosen during the workshop, but these are grouped by designs as listed. 


For our vintage ceramic tree, we will have a variety of paint to choose from during the event. All trees come with star, and multi-colored bulbs.   

NOTEIf you choose to add a "snow kit" or "clear white light bulbs" to your order we will invoice you separately for those via PAYPAL.

Discount codes and/or donated discount certificates are NOT permitted to be used to book ceramic projects.



 BYO beverages and snacks! We are BYOB so wine, beer and non alcoholic beverages are permitted!   All visitors are required to register for a project and your name must appear on our guests/attendee list.  

We are located at the Baywood Commons Center, next to Delo's Coffee Shop and Baywood Travel Agency. Same center as Gautier Nutrition,  WONDER spa & The Red Door Salon! Look for the colorful "cottage like" building right on Gautier-Vancleave Rd. off Hwy 90! 

Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future wood workshops.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us at hammerandstain.gulfcoast@gmail.com  to cancel. 
***If you "no show" for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, & do not contact us within 48-24 hours that you won't be able to attend you forfeit your payment. 
****We may be able to complete your project for you, if you can not attend. We will invoice you a $20 fee and complete your project within 3-5 business days. You must contact us if you wish to do this via email. 

*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $20 will apply.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@hammerandstain.com. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
