UPDATED: MARCH 6, 6:25PM: Bookings for projects listed under this event are no longer available. You may still “Come & Go” between 1pm and before 4:15pm & choose from our precut stencils & create a project. 
 Kids, teens & adults may attend.  Registration is required for the projects listed under this event. We will also have other extra projects that you can choose from our shelves, first come, first served and those range from $3.00 to $35.00. 
***If choosing the WELCOME 6x32 project with sunflower, indicate if you prefer horizontal placement of your stencil; otherwise we will create your stencil as pictured.  ***If choosing the 8x4 combo project, indicate inspirational word desired.
You will customize your project in studio with your choice of stain & paint colors. You get to pick stain and colors for your project! 
It is required that all attendees register online. Bring your refreshments and snacks for your enjoyment throughout the event.  
HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Choose your project design from the dropdown menu below. (Choosing a photo does not change the name of the project in the dropdown menu. Make sure you have the correct project & design during checkout).


2. On the personalization form, enter the personalized data needed in order to prepare your stencil.  If your project does NOT require personalization, indicate: N/A

3. Proceed to checkout and submit payment. 

 Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us at hammerandstain.gulfcoast@gmail.com  to cancel. 
***If you "no show" for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.


*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 4 days prior to the event. If approved, a customization fee of $20 will apply if your request is not within the time limit.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@hammerandstain.com. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
