This is a private event and only invited guests are allowed to register & join us!
Join us for a relaxing evening at our studio in Gautier. We are located at the Baywood Commons Center, 3880 Gautier-Vancleave Rd., Suite 9... Look for the colorful & quaint "cottage" style building!  We are next to Delo's Coffee Shop; same retail line as The Red Door Salon & Baywood Travel Agency.

When you arrive you will choose from a variety of paints and stains to customize your project!  We offer classic &/or personalized projects for you to choose from.
We are BYOB; wine, beer, non alcoholic beverages & snacks are allowed at our premises.  All guests are required to register online to enter our premises.  Event may last 2 to 3  hours depending on your project selection. Please plan accordingly.   
All guests must arrive by the starting time of 6:30pm; we will start promptly at the schedule time that has been requested. 
***Registration for this event will close by June 17th at 6:30pm Please register early so we have sufficient time to prep all supplies needed for this event! 
***FARMHOUSE TRAY handles will vary from the ones pictured and are based on our suppliers offerings.
****TRAVEL MAP:  You may add any customer saying to this project: Couples name, family name or any saying for your map. You will keep the stencil shapes for each state to cut photos to fit within your map! 
***If choosing from our Red,White & Blue Patriotic Collection indicate which one in the white box.
***You may add a frame to a 12x12 square, 12x16 gallery or a 6x32 plank board by choosing the "upgrade my board" photo before checking out.  If the project is pictured with a frame, no need to add this option.
 

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Choose your project design from the dropdown menu below. (If choosing from variety welcome sign listing, indicate # of your design on the personalization form.)


2. On the personalization form, enter the personalized data needed (if applicable, ex.: last name, est. date)  in order to prepare your stencil. If we are designing a brand new stencil for you, you must message us at least 6 days in advance. There is an additional fee of $25 for us doing a design other than the ones offered from scratch. (This applies if you send us a picture for us to create a new design that we do not offer. We will send you a "mockup" and allow for one revision.)

 

3.Proceed with checkout. Make sure you have the correct project before checking out.  You do not need a PAYPAL account to submit payment, if you choose paypal as your payment option.

 

Due to the customizations &/or stencil preparations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops.

 

Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! If you can not attend, you can grant your spot to someone else who can do your project.  If you can't attend and were not able to cancel within the timeframe, our staff can make your project for a $25 fee.

***If you "no show" for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, & did not contact us or send someone in your place, you forfeit your payment.


*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 6 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $20 will apply.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@hammerandstain.com. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
